We’ll discuss the goals for your project, timeline, and budget. You’ll also be asked about your style preferences and must-haves.

Our studio will create digital concept boards and construction documents for your review. These include the vision for materials, budget, and timeline. There may be some back and forth during this phase, because we want to make sure you’re totally happy.

This phase is where our design comes to life! Two Ten Studio will implement your vision by connecting you to contractors, preparing quotes, value engineering materials, confirming finishes and placing orders. Frequent project site visits ensure the design is executed exactly to plan.

Two Ten Studio will handle all on and off-site coordination with contractors and vendors, while making sure to provide you with regular progress updates. During installation, we’ll be there to make sure the furniture is in the right place, the artwork is hung correctly, and everything comes together perfectly.
